This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations and contributions made to the organization may be refunded or canceled.

 

  1. Donation Refund Policy

Donations made to RADHAKRISHNA MISSION are considered voluntary contributions to support our social welfare programs. We encourage donors to carefully review their donation details before making a contribution. However, we do understand that errors can occur, and we have the following refund policy in place:

Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of the donation date. Refunds may be granted in the case of an error in the donation amount, multiple donations made by mistake, or other exceptional circumstances.

Process for Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at rkmofficial2008@gmail.com or call +91 9732450694 within 7 days of the donation. Please provide details such as the donation amount, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.

Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the same account or payment method through which the donation was made. It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Donations: Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms are subject to their respective refund policies and are non-refundable by RADHAKRISHNA MISSION. Contributions made towards specific projects, events, or activities that have already been executed are also non-refundable.

 

  1. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future contributions, please notify us at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation date.

 

  • Process for Cancellation: To cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at rkmofficial2008@gmail.com or call +91 9732450694. Provide your name, donation details, and the reason for cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, no further donations will be charged.
  • Confirmation of Cancellation: We will send a confirmation email once your recurring donation has been successfully canceled.

 

  1. Event and Program Participation Fees

If you have registered for a paid event or program hosted by RADHAKRISHNA MISSION and wish to cancel your participation:

Cancellation Before Event: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation by Us: If an event or program is canceled by RADHAKRISHNA MISSION, all participants will be eligible for a full refund, or they may choose to have the fees applied to a future event.

RADHAKRISHNA MISSION reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
